Experienced and passionate guides will ensure that visitors leave with irreplacable memories in wildest Botswana.
The Savuti channel is not currently flowing, but that doesn't mean you won't have a vast view or animal sightings. At night you're not allowed to walk by yourself and you will be escorted back to your tent, why you may ask? Well, ladies and gentlemen, the lions and elephants might pay you a visit.
It is perfectly safe inside your tent, but best to not explore at night, rather kick back and listen to the wildlife doing the exploring instead. In the morning, you can take in the view of the Savannah stretching out to the sky with a coffee and animal tracks around you.
On your daily game drive, the guides might go off track. They know the Savuti area better than anyone else and will make sure you see all the animals you need to. You might wonder why this is the only activity, but when you are surrounded by such a vast amount of animals, what else would you want to be doing? These game drives take place in the morning and the afternoon, so be prepared for all the beaks, horns, claws and tusks.
Camp Savuti is a tranquil place with clean and simple tents, spacious environments, never-ending landscapes and all the animals you could hope for. Get your camera out and crack a beer at sunset. A million miles from modern civilisation you've got no choice but to relax, unwind, enjoy.
