Volcano Climbing In Mgahinga National Park
Mgahinga is part of the great Virunga region with 3 of the volcanoes in this park; Mount Sabyinyo, Mount Gahinga and Mount Muhabura. The volcanoes can all be hiked and the activity takes a full day each. The summits of these great volcanoes offer beautiful views of the Virunga Massif which include Rwanda and D. R Congo, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the Rwenzori highlands and Lake Edward.
